If the web page no longer displays, you must clear your cache. You may do so by following these steps (please note that these instructions may vary across different internet browsers):

  • In your internet browser, navigate to Tools.
  • Select Internet Options.
  • Within the General tab, find Browsing History and click Delete.
  • Check all settings except for Favourite Internet Data and click Delete.
  • Close all browser tabs. 
  • Return to the website.
